Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

  1. 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  2. 2 tablespoons Honey Dijon Mustard
  3. 1 large Boneless Salmon Fillet
  4. Salt & Pepper to Taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place salmon in baking dish & season both sides of the salmon with salt & pepper
  3. Whisk together the brown sugar and honey dijon mustard and spoon mixture evenly on top of salmon fillets
  4. Place salmon in preheated oven for 20 minutes then turn on broiler for 10 minutes or until golden brown
